The University offers a bachelor of science (BS) in management that includes a choice of minors in Human Capital Management / Entrepreneurship.

The 管理项目 provides a foundation needed to succeed in a wide range of management careers. Coursework in the major includes a comprehensive base of liberal studies and core management courses—plus courses that provide deeper knowledge of chosen minor areas. The student will gain fundamental skills in the following areas along with specialized skills in the minor areas:

The Human Capital Management minor focuses on developing students’ skills needed to hire, develop and retain talented people as part of an organization’s operational strategy. Because management is a part of many career paths, the management major combines well with (and compliments) other majors and minors offered by the University.

One of the strengths of the 管理项目 is that it provides each student with experiential learning opportunities that translate theory into practice enhancing the student’s career readiness. 除了 to experiential learning projects associated with coursework, students have the option to gain practical experience by completing a cooperative practicum or an internship.

学生 in management are also able to participate in Scott College travel study opportunities.
